TCPA Consent & Disclosure
Effective date: 2026-05-07. Last updated: 2026-05-07.
This page explains the consent you provide when you submit your information through WarrantyMatch.top (operated by Home Savings Hub) and how to opt out.
Express Written Consent (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227)
By submitting your contact information through this Site and clicking the call-to-action button (e.g., "See My Result"), you provide your
prior express written consent for WarrantyMatch.top (operated by Home Savings Hub) and our
Marketing Partners to contact you at the telephone number you provide, including by:
- Live agent calls;
- Pre-recorded or artificial voice messages;
- Automatic telephone dialing systems (autodialers);
- SMS or MMS text messages.
This consent applies even if your number is registered on a federal or state Do-Not-Call (DNC) list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.
1. Purpose of Communications
You may be contacted regarding home warranty plan quotes, coverage matching, home improvement quotes, contractor matching, financing options, related promotional offers, and follow-up surveys.
2. Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the partner. You may receive multiple calls or messages per week.
3. Marketing Partners
Marketing Partners may include, but are not limited to:
- Home warranty providers and aggregators (e.g., American Home Shield, Choice Home Warranty, Select Home Warranty, comparisons.org networks);
- Lead aggregators (e.g., MyHomeQuote, Modernize, QuinStreet networks);
- Independent home improvement contractors and service companies in your service area;
- Home improvement financing companies;
- Insurance referral partners (where applicable).
An updated list of categories of Marketing Partners is maintained internally and is available upon request via our contact page.
4. How to Opt Out
- Phone calls: tell the caller "stop calling" or request to be added to their internal Do-Not-Call list. You may also register your number on the National Do-Not-Call Registry at donotcall.gov.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any SMS message to stop further texts from that sender.
- Email: follow the unsubscribe link in any commercial email.
- Withdraw consent globally: contact us via our contact page and request that we delete your information and revoke consent. Note: once your information has been transferred to a Marketing Partner, you must contact that partner separately to opt out of their communications.
5. Your Rights
Nothing in this consent waives any rights you have under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state laws, or other applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Recording
Calls between you and a Marketing Partner may be recorded for quality assurance and training. You will be notified at the start of any recorded call as required by law.
7. Updates
We may update this disclosure from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
